The week opener will be held in Velenje where Gorenje will host PPD Zagreb on Tuesday. With the end of the first part of the season coming, the Slovenian vice-champions are looking for the new 3 points in SEHA Gazprom League to keep the possibility of placing to FINAL 4 alive. The match is scheduled for 18h CET.

The time has come for another round of the biggest derby in SEHA League. As Telekom Veszprem host Vardar, the Macedonian champions hope to defend the title of the current leader of SEHA table, which will certainly be a hard task to complete in Veszprem’s fortress. Don’t miss the Hungarian-Macedonian spectacle on Tuesday at 18h CET.

Not less of a fight will be put up in Presov, as the bottom two meet on Tuesday at 18h CET. Both Tatran Presov and Izvidjac Central Osiguranje looking to improve their status among the best handball teams in the region leaving it unlikely to predict whom the points will belong to.

Long trip is ahead of Metalurg Skopje as Meshkov Brest are waiting in the wings to achieve a new win in SEHA League to continue the positive strike. It remains to be seen if Metalurg have an ace up their sleeve for the Wednesday’s match and succeed in celebrating at Meshkov’s home ground. The match starts at 18:30h CET.

After losing to MOL Pick Szeged in Champions League, Celje Pivovarna Lasko are hosting Nexe from Nasice with no mistakes allowed. Zlatorog Arena expects to see the Slovenian champions celebrating on Wednesday at 19h CET.

The second clash for both Meshkov Brest and Tatran Presov will be played on Saturday, 10/12 at 16:15h CET, with leaving to the teams decide on who gathers the remaining forces and manages to win the second derby in a single week.

PPD Zagreb hosting the current champions for yet another opportunity to climb up at the very top of the table. Telekom Veszprem will not need to put up a long trip as the trip demands only crossing the border since the clash will be held in Varazdin Arena which in not unknown to neither of the teams, as the two met there quite some times, including the last season’s SEHA Gazprom League FINAL 4. Saturday brings another spectacle in SEHA League with some of the top teams in Europe – Vardar and Celje Pivovarna Lasko. The two have already met in Champions League this season, and now is the time for them to cross swords in SEHA League in Skopje. The Macedonian champions will host the Slovenians at 20:30h CET.

Finally, to close the week are the Nexe boys hosting the titleholders whose way to the top in SEHA League is still on hold. As it’s the phase of the season when each point matters, Telekom Veszprem definitely plan on coming back to Hungary with 3 points in the pocket. However, Nexe’s new coach has the first opportunity to spoil the champions’ plans on Sunday at 18h CET.
