It’s been a great month since the start – our Be8player community has grown so much and we are extremely grateful for this and can only hope to continue this trend. The following week will be very sweet to observe with 10 of you getting the jerseys of your favorite teams!

The second phase of our contest opens in the following week when you will get all the sweet details…

This week’s SEHA Gazprom League action has also been incredibly full of excitement and amazing moments.

With the beginning of the week, Telekom Veszprem hosted Gorenje Velenje on Tuesday. Though the match got the whole Veszprem Arena on feet, the Slovenians were not able to surprise the experienced Veszprem who have shown very careful in front of their fans. The host took the win of high 36:27 collecting new 3 points in the league.

In the first Wednesday’s match, Nexe arrived to Slovakia for their new coach’s debut. Hrvoje Horvat’s team managed to grab a point from the host which is certainly not an easy thing to do in Presov. This result of 29:29 got Nexe standing still just below the middle of the table, while Tatran Presov are 2 places behind with only a point less than Nexe.

Celje Pivovarna Lasko proved to be a serious threat to our current TOP 4. The second Wednesday’s match ended with Celje’s celebration of 42:33 over Izvidjac Central Osiguranje who have been glued to the bottom of the regional handball table. The match was decided in the second half when Celje stepped up their game with Izvidjac CO not being able to, both physically and mentally, keep up with the Slovenian champion.
